Inwood Station Apartments

Just moved into the complex. The staff at the leasing office is wonderful. Mr. Saleem made our moving in process a breeze as well as finding the right apartment for us. He was also very thorough about all the information we needed to know. We were blown away by our apartment and the overall complex. Lastly, the maintenance man Carlos is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, he was very helpful in fixing few things in my apartment unit. Overall love the apartment complex.

I have been living here at Inwood Station for almost 2 years. My finances card has been vandalized 3 times and nothing was done about it. My car was trashed because someone decided to take a gander at what was stored in my glove compartment. We tried speaking with the staff regarding the first break in but they were rather rude stating its pretty much not their problem. We decided that leaving was going to be our best option so we purchased a home. The leasing office said there was nothing they could do to let us out the leas early regardless to us purchasing a home to try and eliminate the consistent issue of vandalism being done to our property. There are constantly repairs needed. The garage gate is always broken and stays that way for more than a week at times. The halls are not always the most pleasant smelling and there are constant punishments done to all residents because maybe one has done something wrong (i.e. closing the pool because some unknown group of people trashed it broke glass so the pool was closed for a time to all residents because of it.) It has truly been an unpleasant experience living at Inwood station. And for the price and the lack of care or concern given to its residents. The kindness shown after you move in doses not exist the same as it does when you are looking to move in. I would most definitely recommend someone to go somewhere else besides Inwood Station.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Inwood Station. The Community The neighbors we're all very friendly, lots of pets there, and the amenities really take advantage of the pool, gym, the pool table, and the recreation room. It's awesome that they even have a quiet area to work out of with internet and TVs outside of the business center. The Staff My experience started with Kevin and ended with him. He was so supportive, understanding (as much as possible), attentive, and caring. Every time I had a question or the occasional issue come up, he was incredibly quick to respond with the appropriate solution. Carlos, the maintenance guy, was incredible and such a joy to interact with. He is ALWAYS smiling and diligent in his work. Our sink needed some love, our electrical panel needed some work (breakers that would trip) - he fixed all of it within 24 hours. A leak started in the middle of summer and he diagnosed it within minutes (turns out the upstairs neighbor left their AC at 60 degrees and it caused damage to the AC unit). I occasionally interacted with other staff members and was treated the same way, consistent among all staff there. The Apartment It's gorgeous for it's price point. My only complaint at this point would be the new terminals that opened up at Love Field have airplanes flying directly above the apartment complex and it's audible in the apartment. My experience with the team was so consistent though, I'm sure that will be solved in the near future as well. Thank you so much to Kevin, Carlos, and the rest of Inwood Station for making my stay there a memorable one!

Apartment complex is nice, but repeated car break ins have been a huge issue, even with “improvements” in security. My understanding is the night before at lease 14 cars were broken into, and this is after months of repeated car break ins. A home should feel safe and I’m not sure you will get that here with the current climate.

I love it here most of the time, how should I put it, probably a good apartment in a not so good location? My car window was found smashed this morning and I was parked on the third floor. I saw other similar comments here and there about how their properties are damaged every so often. I mean, if you can’t work with a better patrol service, at least install some garage security cameras? When I was in my last apartment, we had patrol services PRESENT around the apartment building and in the garage every night. I can probably ask them what service do they use if you’re interested.

I love my apartment! It's absolutely amazing. Practically brand new I live in building number 2 and it's approximately 2 and 1/2 years old. It's like living in a resort in Las Vegas in Middle Dallas, Texas I live in one of the garden apartments that's in the back facing the creek. There's only 12 apartments that have this view. To try to look for one of the garden apartments if you're interested in renting here. The staff is wonderful. They're very considerate. The maintenance man are amazing! Totally amazing absolutely respectful I totally suggest it. Kevin in the office is way more amazing than anyting he's absolutely focused on making sure everything is great for you and your apartment is great And Jennifer is majestic
